“Potentially lower transfer fee for Saibari”

1 min read

It has now become clear that Ismael Saibari will swap PSV for FC Bayern Munich after the World Cup. Last week, both clubs reached an agreement on a transfer for the Moroccan international, who is also making an excellent impression at the World Cup in North America.

Last week it was reported that an amount of 55 million euros will be put on the table with the transfer. This would be a record amount for PSV with regard to outgoing transfers.

Now Sky Sports Germany brings the report that the transfer fee for the 25-year-old Saibari may still turn out to be lower than was initially thought. According to the sports broadcaster, Der Rekordmeister will not put more than fifty million euros on the table.

That while Sky Sports previously talked about an amount between 52 and 55 million euros. Het Eindhovens Dagblad can’t share too many details about this news.

According to the German sports broadcaster, the club from Munich has managed to put a sum of under fifty million euros on the table. This would have to do with the fact that Max Eberl, sporting director on behalf of FC Bayern, would have started acting early when both clubs were in talks about a transfer for the key player.
