Besides, the analyst cannot avoid also praising PSV’s team. ''Just try to do a bit better. PSV can switch gears easily and is by far the best team in the Eredivisie. "Allemaal afstandsschoten" is ook precies wat mij opviel. Twente had geen controle over de ruimte tussen verdedigers en middenveld. Als je dan te lang aankijkt, neemt PSV het genadeloos over.
Konterman zegt eigenlijk dat PSV het niveauverschil al in de duels toonde. Imo is dat ook Perisic-voetbal: hij ziet ruimte, wijst spelers aan en dan gaat alles sneller. Alsof Twente alleen nog mocht hopen... en dan breekt het momentum echt.
Die "by far het beste team van de Eredivisie" is misschien wat overdreven, maar ik snap de kern. PSV kan gewoon schakelen en Twente kon niks terugdoen toen ze eenmaal moesten inhalen. Daarna gas erop en klaar.
Jongens bij die tweede, derde en vierde goal veel te veraf verdedigen. Dat is echt basis, ff compacter staan en dan niet alles op schotafstand geven...🤡
Konterman zegt dat het verschil CL-niveau versus Conference-niveau was, en tbh dat voelt ook zo. Twente ging wel aanvallend, maar PSV straffte elke seconde uit met die afstandsschoten. Lekker pijnlijk.
