PSV deed dus niks geks, maar Twente heeft wel slim gemikt. Met concurrentie om zijn handtekening en extra bonussen loopt het bedrag gewoon op, dat werkt keihard tegen je onderhandelingspositie. Jammer, want Rots leek wel passen qua profiel.
Rots was interessant, maar 5 jaar contract en een transfersom die door gegarandeerde bonussen oploopt vind ik risicovol. Hopelijk investeren we dat geld slimmer in een speler die meteen een basisplaats kan pakken, anders wordt het weer geld weggooien. 💀
"Natuurlijk haakt PSV af" vind ik dus helemaal logisch. Als Hoffenheim met bonussen al op 16 miljoen uitkomt en PSV dat bedrag niet ziet als value, dan moet je niet gaan overbieden. Jong Oranje-label is nice, maar dit is nog geen 20+ interlandniveau.
"Natuurlijk haakt PSV af" is dus exact wat ik verwachtte. Zeker als ze net doorpakken met gegarandeerde bonussen tot 16 miljoen, dan ben ik blij dat PSV niet meegaat in de hype. Je kan beter investeren in een speler die meteen schaalbaar is.
16 miljoen voor een Twente vleugelback met beperkte ervaring voelt gewoon als te veel, tbh. Ik snap PSV wel dat ze zijn afgehaakt, zeker als er later nog geld moet zitten voor andere posities. 👀
i snap PSV wel met afknappen. 16 miljoen voor Rots, terwijl hij nog niet eens helemaal doorontwikkeld is, voelt gewoon als risico nemen op het randje. Hoffenheim heeft hem beter ingekleurd met dat sportieve plan, tbh.
