Next Sunday, Peter Bosz' team will play AZ in the Johan Cruijff Shield, but on X it has been suggested whether the earlier interested Napoli would want to make contact again in Eindhoven for Matej Kovar. The Italian club had shown interest in Kovar earlier this summer, but did not pursue it further. However, we cannot disagree with this critical PSV fan.

Johan Cruijff Schaal next week and you still need to hope your keeper saves you. If Kovar is prone to those mistakes, AZ will punish that in one phase. Its scary.

Tbh the quote about Napoli coming back is the only thing that sounds logical right now. Kovar on the line is where points get dropped, and thats not PSV level, no cap.
Kovar moet bij PSV gewoon elke week solide zijn en dat zie ik steeds minder. Bosz mag hem wel verdedigen, maar die blunders stapelen zich op echt. 👀
Kovar cannot be a starter for PSV in a game where the margins are tiny. Bosz defending him is nice, but the blunders are real. Napoli can have him, please 😅
10 saves in a friendly and still turning it into a "good match"... that tells you enough. If a top keeper does that and still gifts goals, what are we even doing with him.
