Peter Bosz firmly on international Oranje: “He is, in any case, a great player.”

The chances are high that Nathan Aké will leave Manchester City this summer, as the defender is hardly getting any more playing time. As a result, Aké is also linked with PSV.

Nevertheless, PSV appears hopeless in the fight for the Oranje international, and there is a chance that he will choose an adventure in Italy. Among others, Juventus, AS Roma and AC Milan have, according to Voetbal International, shown interest in the defender.

Last winter, the Milanese were said to have made an attempt to take over the defender from Manchester. However, no transfer has taken place so far.

Peter Bosz would welcome a move for Aké to PSV despite the fact that the club does not have the best papers to sign him. ''That will be up to Earnest Stewart to do. I would be happy if he came to us. He is, at the very least, a great player,'' Bosz said on Monday evening on Rondo on Ziggo Sport.

Despite this, Aké currently does not appear to have set his sights on a return to the Netherlands. Also Mounir Boualin, a transfer journalist for Soccernews.nl, said in the podcast Transfermind that Aké is very unlikely to come to PSV.
