Transfersom called | ‘PSV defender offered to Inter Milan’

1 min read

His first season at PSV proved immediately to be successful. Arriving from FC Utrecht but instantly dominant and important. His second season at PSV turned out to be a few notches less, but even so there is still hope for him to secure a permanent place in the starting lineup.

As many as nine million euros the club counted for him, but that investment has proved more than worthwhile for him to date. That opinion also seems to have been assigned in Milan, since Internazionale would see a future in Ryan Flamingo. At least, that is what the outlet Inter Xtra reports.

According to the North-Italian media outlet, Flamingo has even been offered to Internazionale, which has given the defender that FC Utrecht took over a big future. Flamingo would be on Inter’s scouting lists. A transfer fee for Flamingo is also mentioned, although the reports still deserve more the label of “rumor.”

The management of the Italian champions is still simultaneously in doubt about a potential investment in Flamingo because they would rather sign a player who is familiar with Italy’s Serie A. It is looking for a replacement for Stefan de Vrij, who is set to leave on a free transfer.

Wie kijkt mee? 👀 If PSV are serious about the title, they cant drop these kind of games when the pace drops. We need a plan B when the first press gets bypassed.

Imo if the fullbacks dont step in on time, the 2-3-5 shape turns into a 4-4-2 and we lose overloads. Defensive work is fine, but the risk is inviting counters every time the ball is recycled.

Idk if the tactical tweak is sustainable for 90 minutes. Loving the attacking intent, but defensively we looked a bit thin, especially when the ball got switched fast. Need more discipline in those second balls.

Eens. But if we dont finish our chances early, it turns from peak to panic real fast 🤬👀

🔥🔥🔥 That front foot attacking was a joy. I just think Guus Til (or whoever started wide) must get closer to the box earlier, so the cutbacks dont come too predictable.

Im torn about the rotation talk. PSV have momentum, but we also need legs for the next run of fixtures. If the manager trusts the same XI too long, we risk dropping points.

Goal!! 🔥 This is the kind of game where PSV can smell blood, and when the tempo spikes it looks like nobody can handle our transitions.

The midfield balance is the whole story imo. If Joey Veerman and Til start drifting too wide, we will get overloaded in the middle and the fullbacks have to cover too much, goated press or not 💀

I noticed the comment about the right-wing rotation. If that means more direct runs from the wide man, im all for it, but PSV need the midfield to stay connected or it turns into chaos.

"psv inside" saying the game plan is more control than chaos, i buy it. tbh i just want better transition defense, because when we lose the ball in midfield it always looks dangerous 😬

"PSV Inside" keeps saying the same thing about transitions but today we need more control in possession. Xavi Simons is getting chances, but the right side still looks disconnected at times. Tbh id rather see more quick one-twos than the slow reset.

Bro i hope PSV go back to that press intensity, the midfield looked a bit too comfy. If they dont win second balls, teams will just play around Veerman and Sangare.

"stable defensive shape" lol. We can be shaped, yes, but still get bullied at set pieces. If we dont fix the zonal marking, any decent side will punish us.

I like the mention of Xavi Simons' movement, but the key is the timing of the final pass. Too often he waits a beat, and the midfield collapses. When he plays first-time, we look unstoppable.

tbh the way PSV pressed in that build-up was actually smart, but i still feel they give too much space between the fullback and CB. if opponents drag Sangare out, then our cover has to be quicker.

🔥🔥🔥 This is the kind of PSV that makes the stadium feel alive. When the fullbacks overlap early, it opens everything. Do that every game.

Whoever called our defence "stable" ngl needs to watch the last 15 minutes again. That press still leaves too much space behind, and opponents know it immediately. We will pay if we face a team with pace.

If the article is saying we can play more through the half-spaces, im all for it. Til that happens, we need better runs from the 10 and more tempo in the buildup. Otherwise it turns into side-to-side passing again.

If PSV really go with that high press, i feel like they will leave space behind for the counter. Still, if Xavi Simons stays aggressive in those half-spaces, it could be a banger 🔥⚽
