PSV linked to Chelsea attacker
1 min readAccording to the British transfer website Football Insider, PSV is one of many candidates to sign the 18-year-old Sol Gordon from Chelsea FC. Gordon still has a contract until mid-2027 at Stamford Bridge.
In addition, the British outlet reports that Chelsea would do well to keep the talent on board for longer. This has to do with the fact that, besides PSV, several other clubs are watching and waiting to take over the forward.
In England, among others Arsenal, Leeds United, Bournemouth and Everton are interested in taking Gordon from Chelsea. Last season, the winger played a total of 39 matches across various youth teams of The Blues.
At the O18, the talent managed to reach ten goals in 27 matches. Gordon is mainly deployed as a right winger, but he can also play on the left and up front.
In addition, Football Insider reports that a multi-year contract is being lined up for Gordon in south-west London. At the moment, Chelsea are in talks with New Era Global Sports over a new contract for the 18-year-old forward.

39 wedstrijden in de jeugd en 10 goals bij O18, dat is nice, maar ik wil wel zien of hij ook in het volwassen voetbal dezelfde impact maakt. Als hij vooral rechtsbuiten is, dan moeten ze echt goed kijken naar de bezetting achterin en hoe de linkerkant meeademt.
Arsenal, Leeds, Bournemouth, Everton en dan PSV... dat is echt veel clubs. tbh als Chelsea Gordon nu al wil verlengen dan is het geen 'summer deal', meer een oorlog om de controle.
als PSV dit serieus haalt, wtf dan, Sol Gordon klinkt als pure speed en dribbel-gear. Maar 18-jarige uit Londen is altijd lastig qua perspectief, zeker als Chelsea hem wil doorduwen richting een nieuw contract.
Sol Gordon lijkt me echt zo'n type youngster die PSV kan laten doorbreken. Maar als Chelsea 2027 loopt en ze nu al met een contract bezig zijn, wordt het lastig, tenzij ze financieel bewegen.
