No transfer for Noa Lang to a Serie A club targeting other former PSV players
1 min readIn recent weeks, Noa Lang has been linked with a transfer to Fiorentina. According to transfer journalist Nicolo Schira, the Florence club is not interested in signing the former PSV player.
Last summer Lang, from PSV, went to Napoli, but he failed to make an impact there, partly due to a conflict with coach Antonio Conte. As a result, the winger was loaned out for the second half of the season to Galatasaray, and with that club he became the Dutch international champion.
After his holiday, Lang returns to Naples where the former PSV player will normally be given new opportunities since Napoli has appointed Massimiliano Allegri as their new coach. After Orange was eliminated from the World Cup, rumors circulated that Lang might move to Fiorentina, but that seems to be off the table.
In addition, the Italian sports newspaper has brought out the report that the team from Florence would be interested in Johan Bakayoko, another former PSV player who left for RB Leipzig in Germany last summer. The Italians would like to loan the Belgian from the team from the former East Germany and also want to force the team to include an option to buy.

RB Leipzig put eighteen million euros on the table for Bakayoko last year, but to date has still not managed to make a certain impression with the Bundesliga club. Partly because of this, a loan move is among the possibilities.
Despite the rumors, #Napoli’s winger Noa #Lang is not a #Fiorentina’s target for the summer transfer window. #transfers

Fiorentina moves weird tbh. If they are not into Lang, then ok, but their attention to Bakayoko makes more sense since he is a different profile. Still, Napoli shouldnt sell unless the offer is crazy.
Honestly good news. Keep Noa Lang in Naples, if Fiorentina isnt interested then let him fight for minutes under Allegri. He had that Conte mess, but now its a fresh start.
