“Green light from Munich as well for the Saibari transfer”
1 min readTransfer expert Fabrizio Romano and the Eindhovens Dagblad reported on Tuesday morning that Ismael Saibari would be of interest to FC Bayern München. According to Romano, Der Rekordmeister would already be in talks with Saibari about a move to the German champions.
It was reported by ED that PSV is aiming for a sum of at least sixty million euros for the Moroccan international. The midfielder himself is reportedly open to a move to the Bundesliga.
Now Sky Sports Deutschland and Fabrizio Romano are sharing the news that Vincent Kompany, the coach of FC Bayern, has given his approval for a transfer of the attacking midfielder to Southern Germany. Earlier this season, Saibari was responsible for a world-class goal during the Champions League match against Die Bayern.
Despite this wonderful goal, PSV lost 1-2 and as a result Peter Bosz’s team was eliminated from the billion-dollar tournament. A personal agreement with Saibari will not be an issue for either party, while there can still be negotiations over the price.
For both clubs, the most important thing now is to reach an agreement for a transfer for Saibari, who is currently preparing with Morocco for the 2026 World Cup. In addition, FC Bayern has to deal with a “financial limit,” as Romano writes on the X platform.

"Vincent Kompany ... goedkeuring heeft gegeven" zegt genoeg. Dit ruikt naar een serieuze deal, alleen de onderhandeling over de prijs wordt lastig. Als Bayern een financiële limiet heeft, moet PSV daar slim gebruik van maken.
ngl, ik snap wel dat Saibari openstaat voor Bundesliga, maar tbh die prijs moet gewoon op tafel. PSV had hem hard nodig na die Champions League banger tegen Bayern... en dan verlies je ook nog 1-2. 60m is geen gek bedrag, anders verkopen we elk seizoen our best 'goated'.

If Bayern echt groen licht heeft van Kompany, dan zijn we wel snel klaar met het spelletje. 60 miljoen blijft voor PSV echt de ondergrens, maar Bayern gaat natuurlijk proberen te drukken. Saibari is wel precies zo'n type dat Bayern graag heeft.
