Peter Bosz is not pleased with new questions about the national team coach role and is walking away again
1 min readStart by not bringing up Peter Bosz again about the national team coaching job. The PSV coach is more than fed up with the ongoing questions about the national team coaching role in the Netherlands team and simply doesn't want to provide an answer.
However, the media does not give up because a real “no” seems not to be coming to Bosz. Although, a couple of weeks ago it did. Bosz walked away demonstratively during an interview after the end of Saturday’s friendly match against Union Sint-Gillis.
On ESPN images, it can be seen how Bosz abruptly ends the conversation when the topic comes up. ESPN reporter Cristian Willaert confronted Bosz with earlier statements about the succession of the departed Ronald Koeman. Willaert brought up that the coach two weeks ago still emphasized that he could not say anything about Oranje, and asked whether that situation had meanwhile changed.
"No. I don’t want to say anything about it at all", Bosz repeated to himself, after which he walked away. Willaert was still laughing, but Bosz clearly wasn’t.

He's clearly fed up, but the timing is mad. You can already see how quickly the story shifts away from PSV preparations, even if Union Sint-Gillis is "just" an exercise match. Smh.
Goated dat hij het niet speelt, maar ik vraag me af of dit ook afleiding is voor zijn spelers. Als media zo doorgaat, blijft de focus misschien hangen bij Bosz en niet bij PSV.

Bosz liep weg omdat ze alweer dezelfde vraag dumpen, maar op zo'n manier komt het toch als spanning over. Imo better to say something clean like "no decision yet" and move on. 👀

Tbh i snap Bosz, constant Oranje-gedoe is echt vermoeiend. Maar als PSV-fan hoop ik wel dat die focus volledig blijft bij PSV, want dit soort wegloopmomenten geven meteen headlines.
