PSV sets asking price at seven million euros, with interest from Italian and Spanish clubs

He certainly does not need to leave PSV this summer and will also naturally increase his value again for Peter Bosz and his team, but if there were to be a club that came in for Couhaib Driouech, then a transfer might be a good option for all parties.

PSV does use a reasonable asking price in any case. The club would at least like to receive 7 million euros for Driouech. However, the question is whether more can be gotten out of it, because a forward who, in the Champions League as well as in the Eredivisie, knows how to string together the important goals may well fetch a million or 10 to 13.

PSV, according to Voetbal International, demands a minimum of seven million euros for Couhaib Driouech. The now 24-year-old left winger is currently enjoying concrete interest from Spanish club Celta de Vigo and Italian club Genoa.

According to the weekly magazine, Driouech is aiming for a season as a regular starter, at PSV or elsewhere. In Eindhoven, however, the winger is facing competition from players such as Ruben van Bommel and Ivan Perisic. The Eindhovens Dagblad has already reported that Celta de Vigo is seriously interested, but VI knows that with Genoa, a second club is also concretely in the market.

"My goal this season is to play a lot of minutes, to be important," Driouech said after PSV’s friendly match against Royal Antwerp FC (1-1). "It’s only a good thing that other clubs are showing interest; it means I’ve had a good season. I’m not thinking about it any further. This season I want to play more minutes and show myself. If that’s at PSV, then great. If not, we’ll have to look at it further."

PSV signed Driouech in the summer of 2024 from Excelsior. At the time, the Eindhoven club paid around 3.5 million euros and it could therefore generate a multi-million profit.
