PSV officially confirms departure
1 min readPSV has definitively announced after weeks of speculation that left-back Anass Salah-Eddine will leave the club on a loan basis for a season. Salah-Eddine will return to AS Roma to fight for his chance there.
The left-back came into the spotlight last summer and put himself on the radar in Peter Bosz’s starting XI. In the second half of the season, the Moroccan international was plagued by injuries, but despite that, PSV still wanted to permanently sign the defender.
To do so, PSV had to put eight million euros on the table and, despite multiple offers from the club management, the left-back decided not to accept the offer and to therefore return to his current employer, AS Roma.
Anass, you promised us you would fight for the badge, and you did exactly that ❤️🤍
