PSV hopes to keep key pillar aboard for longer
1 min readThis summer, PSV will most likely face a busy transfer window. There’s a good chance that key players such as Joey Veerman and Ismael Saibari will leave this summer.
PSV also seems to have to take into account the departure of Sergiño Dest, and the future of Anass Salah-Eddine is still uncertain. In addition, it remains to be seen which club will come forward this summer for Ricardo Pepi after the American had his transfer to Fulham fall through in March.
Also because these players are being linked to a transfer, PSV will also want to keep some key pillars on board for longer. Guus Til is one of these players.
Til makes a big impression this season as a part-time forward and has also extended his contract until 2028. The attacking midfielder has been playing for PSV since the summer of 2022.

According to Tim Reedijk, PSV watcher for Voetbal International, the club’s management will be working to keep Til on board, given the fact that he still has the desire to move abroad once. ''PSV hopes that mainstay Guus Til (28) will stay. The attacking midfielder, also a forward, has never made a secret of the fact that he wants to play in a foreign country again, but he also recently extended his contract until mid-2028'', as Reedijk reports in VI.
