Bosz laughs with the attending press: “Depth record”
1 min readOn Friday afternoon, Peter Bosz had the press conference on the agenda ahead of the match against Go Ahead Eagles. However, there weren’t many journalists present, and Bosz noticed that too.
The training master therefore also cannot resist making jokes about the fact that there is little media present after a question from a journalist during the press conference. ''That is a depth record for PSV at least as long as I'm here'', Bosz replies.
''But then you also understand how difficult it is to keep motivating your players when the real professionals already let you down'', the coach responds afterwards with a laugh.
‘Succesjournalist, dat vind ik mooi gevonden.’ 😂🧐Bosz lacht om de minimale persaanwezigheid en knipoogt naar de scherpte van de PSV-selectie!😅#psv #bosz pic.twitter.com/udpY7l10QE

I keep thinking about the talk of game management in tight matches. PSV have the quality, but sometimes they hesitate in the last 20 minutes. Better substitutions and clearer roles, please.
The way the article frames the pressing triggers is spot on. If PSV hit the ball at the first pass forward, it turns into instant recovery and chances. I want to see more of that intensity from the 10 too.
I'm not fully convinced by the focus on the wide build-up. When the fullbacks push high, PSV still leave those half-spaces open. Against a good counter team, that could be punished.
Honestly love how PSV Inside talks about the next steps after that tidy spell in control. The midfield balance sounds right, less chaos, more possession. If they can keep the pressing coordinated, this is going to be scary.
