German media reports an offer from a German club for a PSV target

1 min read

In recent weeks, midfielder and strongman Kodai Sano of NEC has been mentioned frequently as a reinforcement for PSV. In addition to PSV, the Japanese player would also be of interest to various clubs from the Bundesliga, meaning there is therefore significant competition for Sano for PSV.

Earlier, Omroep Gelderland and transfer journalist Mounir Boualin of Soccernews.nl reported that TSG Hoffenheim had made a bid of fifteen million euros for the Japanese player, who is not part of the World Cup squad. This news has also made its way to the German media.

The media outlet Kicker says, however, that no bid has yet been made by TSG Hoffenheim. ''Although TSG Hoffenheim is interested in a possible transfer of Sano, there (as yet) has been no concrete offer of fifteen million euros submitted, as is doing the rounds in the Netherlands,'' Kicker writes about it.

Despite the fact that, according to that outlet, no bid has been made for the Japanese, Kicker still knows that the transfer fee of fifteen million euros is correct. That Kraichgauer would be interested in Sano.

Despite the sum of fifteen million euros, there is a chance that Nijmegen Eendracht Combinatie will ask for more from the Japanese player. However, it is also not clear what amount NEC would like to receive for the midfielder.
