PSV makes top offers for three top players; two top players want to move quickly to PSV.

Signing Kostić would be a major transfer coup.
Filip Kostić is considered to be available on a free transfer and is seen as the first choice for the left-back position, although PSV is still waiting for his definitive yes. And that takes a long time, an extremely long time. The all-rounder seems to be looking to wait for his opportunities elsewhere, although Champions League football is a plus for the former FC Groningen player.
Lutsharel Geertruida has already reached a personal agreement with PSV, but the clubs are still negotiating the high asking price or a possible loan arrangement. That deal is still far from done, although Geertruida is certainly keen on PSV. The former Feyenoord player can be seen as a top player, just like Kostić and Sano.
The experienced midfielder no longer has a future at Juventus. Signing Kostić would be a major transfer coup.
That also applies to Kodai Sano: the midfielder of N.E.C. would like to join PSV, but NEC is still too high up in the tree. The door to PSV is still by no means shut for Kodai Sano. Possibly, his agent can play a crucial role in the negotiations, which were suspended by PSV last week. However, nothing has been lost yet between PSV and Sano plus NEC.
'At Transfermarkt, everything can start moving and become liquid again at lightning speed as soon as one of the parties makes a move,' reports the ED on Thursday. 'Sano is himself open to PSV and would like to make a step to the champions of the country,' it sounds from the regional newspaper.
José Fortes Rodriguez, the agent of the 22-year-old midfielder, could play a 'key role' in a deal. 'He has to try to get the price that NEC wants down and also see to it that PSV makes a high offer', said the ED, which claims that 'in all parties' there is confidence felt that a transfer might still be possible.'

Je ziet het al: vertrouwen bij alle partijen, maar NEC gaat niet ineens gratis meewerken. Sano kan wel "openstaan" voor PSV, still i doubt they'll agree without a strong structure in the offer. 💀
Kostic would be a huge stunt, but tbh i hope we don't overpay just to tick the box. Let Geertruida become the main piece, and use Kostic smartly as the flex option.
"Op de transfermarkt kan alles weer razendsnel vloeibaar worden zodra een van de partijen beweegt" ... yeah, i believe it when i see it. After the talks got stopped, i still expect delays unless PSV blinks first.
Kodai Sano wanting PSV is nice, but NEC holding the cards "still too high in the tree" is exactly the problem. If the agent can lower NEC's ask and push PSV to go higher, then we might actually see movement. 👀
Geertruida has personal agreement, but the clubs are stuck on the price or a loan. That is peak PSV admin, always negotiating on details while the player is already in the building in his head lol.
If we can land Kostic as a left-back and he's actually transfervrij, that's a proper statement. Waiting on the "ja-woord" is killing me though, want this wrapped up asap. 🔥⚽
