These PSV players are traveling for international commitments

1 min read

The Eredivisie is on hold until 9 October. In the meantime, matches in the Nations League and friendly international matches worldwide are being played.

In addition, some players from PSV have also traveled to represent their country during this long international break. Thus, Guus Til, Lutsharel Geertruida and Ruben van Bommel have been called up by national coach Xavi Hernandez for the Netherlands.

The Netherlands national team will be in action on Thursday evening against Germany and will play away on Sunday against Serbia, where PSV’s Filip Kostić has been selected. A week later, the away match against Greece and the home game against Serbia at the Philips Stadium follow on Sunday 4 October.

As is well known, Mauro Junior may look forward to his debut with Carlo Ancelotti’s Brazil, which will be in action against Australia and India. Sergino Dest may once again look forward to international matches with the United States national team against Peru, Chile, Mexico and Canada.

In addition, Ivan Perisic and Esmir Bajraktarevic may also get ready for international matches in the Nations League with Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Dennis Man, meanwhile, may prepare for matches with the national team of Romania.

Goalkeeper Matej Kovar can go ahead and report to the Czech squad and Paul Wanner is getting ready for internationals with Austria. Kodai Sano has meanwhile been called up for Japan’s national team, while Armando Obispo can get ready for matches against Curaçao.

Newcomer Ayoni Santos has been selected for Cape Verde’s national team. Noah Fernandez has been called up for Belgium U21 and Yarek Gasiorowski may report for Spain U21.
