Points loss for PSV in Enschede?: “It’s a tough match”
1 min readSince the appointment of Peter Bosz as coach of PSV in the summer of 2023, PSV has won every season against FC Twente in Enschede. Even last season, PSV managed to take full advantage in Enschede thanks to an own goal by Max Bruns and a goal by Jerdy Schouten.

"Puntverlies voor PSV in Enschede?" ik snap de twijfel, maar PSV heeft recent echt die match-up. Wel vind ik het zorgelijk dat ze het over de entourage hebben alsof Twente ons mentaal al breekt. Als we 1-0 maken, gaat De Grolsch Veste juist ineens doodkalm worden. 👀
Ik blijf erbij: Twente kan PSV pijn doen, dat publiek doet echt wat. Als PSV geduld verliest in De Grolsch Veste, dan gaat het niet alleen bij 2-2 blijven. 💀🔥
Max Bruns eigendoelpunt of niet, Twente thuis blijft verraderlijk. Ørjasæter loopt altijd overal en Weghorst straalt vanachter dreiging uit... maar goed, als PSV mentaal niet gek wordt dan komt er echt wel een resultaat. 💯⚽
Weghorst tegen PSV is altijd gevaarlijk, die sleept ballen en maakt het rommelig. Als Bosz daar niet de juiste balans vindt, dan wordt 2-2 ineens geen gein maar overleven. 👀⚽

Die quote over het getetter bij de 1-0, dat klinkt echt als een walhalla voor Twente. Als je dan al vroeg een tegengoal slikt wordt het meteen zuur, dus ik hoop dat PSV scherp start. Bruns en Schouten winnen toen, maar nu moet het gewoon opnieuw zonder drama.
2-2 is een gevaarlijke voorspelling, tbh. Als Twente die sfeer op gang krijgt, gaat het gewoon rommelen op het middenveld. Hopelijk pakt Bosz de controle vroeg, want puntverlies in Enschede wil ik echt niet.
Dat 2-2 scenario van Rik Elfrink voelt wel realistisch, Twente thuis is altijd lastig. Maar als Bosz ons weer in controle krijgt, dan zie ik PSV toch gewoon scoren, zeker met die mentale rust.
