That fulfilled the dream for the Brazilian. In 2017, the midfielder and also a defender made his debut for PSV’s first team, and nine years later Mauro is the captain.

Wie kijkt mee tegen Australië? Mauro in Brazilië outfit en dan meteen moeten overtuigen... dat is druk. Maar als iemand het kan, is hij het wel. Werd hier al jaren voor klaargestoomd. 👀
Leuk om te lezen, maar ik ben wel benieuwd wat dit betekent voor PSV in de periode daarna. Als hij veel minuten maakt, moet de fysieke load goed gemanaged worden. Toch, het verhaal klopt volledig.
Goated trouwens dat hij na 9 jaar bij PSV aanvoerder is geworden en dan pas zo'n oproep krijgt. Met zijn werkethic snap ik het helemaal. Dit is echt motivatie voor de hele selectie. 🔥
Tbh ik snap wel dat hij wil debuteren, maar 3 wedstrijden is ook kort om te pieken. Hopelijk blijft hij fit, want PSV mist hem dan toch een stukje. Idk, ga je dan niet te snel pushen?
